Terms & Conditions
By booking your child into a Rascals session, you accept the terms and conditions and agree to the cancellation policy below:
- I agree to my child/ren receiving medical treatment in the event of an emergency.
- I am aware that my child/ren could be included in photos/videos that may occasionally be uploaded to Rascals social media and website pages & I was given the option to opt out of this by checking the appropriate ‘No photo’s’ box when I booked my class on the booking platform.
- For safe-guarding reasons, I understand that parents are not permitted to take photo's or video's during their FREE TRIAL session.
- I understand that Rascals may, at its own discretion, refuse a student entry to a session or request that a student is collected during a session, if it is felt that the student's behaviour is unacceptable. A refund will not be offered.
- I had read, understood & agree to the cancellation policy below.
- I am aware that no refunds will be given on any payments unless a class or holiday camp is cancelled by Rascals.
- I understand that all absences are to be paid for in full.
- I understand in the event that a student is unable to attend a session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the parent or student not to attend, Rascals regrets that it is unable to refund any payment.
- Adverse weather conditions: If Rascals classes were to remain open during adverse weather conditions, no refunds will be offered should you not attend.
Cancellation Policy
We operate on a monthly subscription basis, with payments due on the 1st of each month. We require a minimum of 21 days written notice prior to your next billing date if you wish to cancel your child’s place.
Key Points:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to your Rascals branch franchisee.
- If less than 21 days’ notice is given prior to the next month's billing date, then your final payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month & your subscription will end on the last day of that month.
- Notice is still required over the summer break. While no payment is taken in August, if the required notice has not been given, a payment will still be taken on 1st September.
- Failure to notify us of your intention to not continue at our classes will result in your card continuing to be charged until notice has been given and the notice period served.
- This subscription cannot be managed through your bank. Only through written notice to your Rascals branch franchisee will your subscription be cancelled
